Meredith, New Hampshire
A town located in the Belknap County, New Hampshire besides the Lake Winnipesaukee, Meredith is known as the home of the Stonedam Island Natural Area and the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad. Meredith has several large water bodies that lie in its area and the town has an extensive coastline thanks to Meredith Neck peninsula. Meredith has several places of interest such as the Meredith Children’s Museum, Meredith Historical Society and Museum, the Winnipesaukee Playhouse and Bear Island. The town is considered as one of the most romantic places thanks to all the scenic beauty and water bodies and is host to outdoor recreational activities enjoyed both by the locals and by the tourists throughout the year.
