If you ever get the chance to visit Greenville, AL, make sure you participate in the American Volkssport Association Greenville Walk through the historic downtown. This is a great introduction to the community and takes you past some important historical monuments. Allow extra time to explore the Butler County Courthouse, and the Confederate Park and monument that was dedicated to the local residents who lost their lives during the Civil War and the Pioneer Cemetery.
