Immokalee, Florida
This residential community in eastern Collier County is the focal point of the territory’s agrarian industry. Two of the area’s top ecological attractions are in Immokalee. Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, situated 15 miles east of I-75, is the crown gem in Audubon’s sanctuary framework and is home to world’s largest remaining stand of old growth bald Cypress. Lake Trafford, another popular Immokalee attraction, is popular for crappie, bluegill, and bass fishing. It is the perfect spot for bird watching, and seeing other wildlife.
