Forest Park is a small city, just 9 miles south of Atlanta, in Clayton County, Georgia. Two of the major attractions in Forest Park include the National Museum of Commercial Aviation and ‘Range, Guns & Safes’. The latter is a great place to practice shooting indoors with both pistols and rifles. If you are planning to stay, then probably the best option regarding budget accommodation would be to check nearby Morrow, Hapeville, or Atlanta. There, you will find many good discount hotels, such as Drury Inn & Suites in Morrow (3 miles from Forest Park city center) or Maison LaVigne in Hapeville (4 miles).
