Howell, Michigan

The city of Howell’s noteworthy downtown, named a National Historic District, is a trove of nineteenth century engineering, quite a bit of it reestablished and saved for what’s to come. An assortment of shops, from ladies’ attire and lighting to gems and endowments, eateries, bars and even a great lunch nook greets guests. Howell holds various celebrations every year, including one highlighting balloons and another rejoicing the region’s crop trim. Year-round attractions also incorporate the Howell Nature Center.
