The city of Niles is situated only 90 minutes from Chicago, and three and a half hours from Detroit. Here, you can sample wine at the various award winning wineries. Sports lovers can enjoy a world-class motor-cross race. For outdoor recreational activities, you can go for angling, canoeing a calm stream, even stay outdoors or in a family resort. There are around twelve antique stores and shopping centers. One of the highlights of the town is the Niles Family Fun Fair and Bluegrass/Americana Music Festival, which takes place in June.
