Faribault is regarded as one of the oldest and historic communities in Minnesota, situated in Rice County in the State. It is a tourist’s haven with ample sightseeing and things to do. The Paradise Center of Arts built in 1929 has an exhibition gallery, classrooms and retail space and the 300 seat Faribault Opera House. The Rice County Historical Society museum has a collection dating back to pre-history days.
