Winona, Minnesota

Winona is located in the county seat of Winona County Minnesota. The city is known for kayaking and canoeing with biking and in-line skating along the five mile path around Lake Winona being a wonderful experience. The Minnesota Marine Art Museum on Riverview Drive exhibits traditional marine art and 19th century maps and photographs. The St. Mary’s University offers great skiing experience on its hillside campus along its own 14.5 km long trail. The city has a vibrant night life, shopping and fine dining restaurants. A must visit is the Garvin Heights Vineyards from April to December.
