Vicksburg, Mississippi

Being the only city in the whole of the Warren County in the State of Mississippi, the city of Vicksburg is a historic place with several historical landmarks and sites of interest. Sited on the Mississippi River, the city is home to several annual cultural events like the Gold in the Hills hosted by the Vicksburg Theatre Guild and is a record holding show for being the oldest on the planet. There are several Museums, parks, war memorials and other places of interest in Vicksburg that attract a lot tourists such as the Vicksburg National Military Park, Pemberton’s Headquarters, the Old depot Museum, Navy Circle, Biedenharn Coca-Cola Museum and Warren County Old Courthouse among others.
