Fernley, Nevada
Home of the Reno-Fernley Raceway, the city of Fernley is located in the Lyon County in the State of Nevada. Prior to its incorporation as a city in the year 2001, Fernley was a census-designated place. Fernley is home of the famous Fernley Hills and houses many historic buildings such as the Fernley Schoolhouse that was established early in its history and is still operational as the Fernley Chamber of Commerce. Although Fernley was originally an agricultural and ranching community when it was established in the year 1904, today it is a home to several companies which have settled offices in Fernley’s industrial park that is situated in the northeast side of the city.
