Concord is the capital city of the New Hampshire State. Concord is a notable city is home to many landmark and historic sites. The city also enjoys a grand place in the history of the State of New Hampshire. Concord is a city with many rivers and the most prominent of them all is the Merrimack River, which runs through a big part of the city. Concord is home to many celebrated sites such as the New Hampshire State House, the Eagle Hotel on Main Street, the Walker-Woodman House, Pierce Manse in which President Franklin Pierce used to live and a planetarium, McAuliffe-Shepherd Discovery Centre among others.
