Tilton, New Hampshire
Situated on the Winnipesaukee River in the Belknap County, New Hampshire and named after Nathaniel Tilton, the Tilton town was incorporated in the year 1869. Tilton is home to several historical places of interest and the most notable landmark of these is the famous Memorial Arch of Tilton that was built in the later part of 1800’s and attracts a large number of tourists till date. The Riverfront Park is also another major tourist destination in Tilton and houses the famous sculpture garden, which is full of beautiful sculptures. The night view of the Junction Bridge at the Riverfront Park is also an attraction for locals as well as tourists.
