Weirs Beach, New Hampshire
Weirs Beach is an area that is located within the northern fraction of the city of Laconia in the Belknap County, New Hampshire. The Weirs Beach area is located to the southern shore of the Lake Winnipesaukee and is famous for the historical cruise ship, the MS Mount Washington and for hosting the famous Motorcycle Week in the month of June, which attracts a lot of bikers and tourists to the area. Locally known as “The Weirs”, the beach consists of a boulevard and a boardwalk that are situated along the Lakeside Ave stretch. Weirs Beach is home to several places of interest such as the Winnipesaukee Playhouse, The Winnipesaukee Railroad and the Funspot Family Fun Center.
