Pleasantville, New Jersey
A city in the Atlantic County of New Jersey, Pleasantville was originally incorporated as a borough in 1889 and it was only in 1914 that it was incorporated as a city. Pleasantville is home to the famous Byrd’s Gym, which became a famous tourist place after it was turned into a boxing gym and many famous boxers and fighters trained there. Pleasantville has a scenic location that houses many restaurants, cafes and recreational centers making it one of the most sought after places around the area.
