Rahway, New Jersey
The city of Rahway is located in the southern part of Union County, New Jersey. There are many places of interest here for the tourists to see with Merchants & Drovers Tavern Museum being one of them. This 1795 bar was a stagecoach stop on the course between New York and Philadelphia. Costumed mediators and period outfitting reproduce the past for guests. Another historic landmark located in the city is The Union County Performing Arts Center. The Center hosts a wide range of live music concerts and theatrical shows. Impeccably reestablished to its golden age magnificence, it is a landmark to an age passed by and with its 1,300 seats it is one of the biggest working performing arts centers in the state.
